The staff was so gentle. I felt cared for . the breakfast was a symphony of flavors, a good start to each day. i especially loved the rooftop pool. It offered such a peaceful retreat. the hotel's location made it easy to explore, but i always was like i was coming home to tranquility.
The lighting in the room was just a touch dim for my taste. I found it a little difficult to read in the evenings but it didn't take away from my great stay

the hotel is conveniently located near the city center and is a short walk to the cathedral. public transportation is easily accessible from the hotel. several restaurants and shops are located nearby. it was so easy to get around!

The staff was friendly. My room was clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet had many options. It has fresh fruit and pastries.
The television had limited channels. The coffee machines in the morning caused a queue. There were not enough irons in the rooms which was inconvenient. I wanted to iron my shirts.

The rooftop pool was a HIGH point. I loved the easy access to relaxation. The breakfast offered a wide variety. I liked the fresh fruit selection. The staff provided really good service . I especially appreciated their quick responses to my questions and requests.
The gym was a bit small, but it still had essential equipment for a basic workout.
